Submit a bug report one of three ways and we will reply within 1 business day:

1. From the 'Help' menu on the Buddy.
2. From the bottom of the trial/registration window.
3. From the bug icon on the Play Buddy App.

Common Solutions

I am receiving a 'license expired' or 'revoked' registration error.
I have an old 'F' serial number and need a new 'B' license key.
