How do I contact Play Buddy?

Use one of our bug report methods (via the icon on the PBA, the bottom of the trial window, or from the 'Help' menu of any Buddy) to reach us.

What's your phone number? Can I call you?

Due to the nature of software issues, bugs, etc., it is more efficient for us to assist customers via bug reports (email).

Does your software contain viruses?

Absolutely not! As a Microsoft Verified Publisher, our software is 100% safe - we do not put viruses, malware, spyware, adware or ANYTHING harmful into any of our code.

How does the Yearly Subscription work?

An individual Buddy is purchased as a yearly subscription. This means that your registration is good for 1 year. During this time all updates (new versions) are free and unlimited. At the end of the year, your Buddy will prompt you to resubcribe. This is NOT an automated process so when your subscription expires, you will not be automatically renewed (billed).

How does the Monthly subscription work?

By opting for the monthly subscription you will receive access to ALL Buddies for a low monthly fee. One registration code registers them all. All updates (new versions) are free and unlimited. The following month you will automatically be renewed (billed) unless you cancel your subscription. 3, 6, and 12-month package options are available in the checkout cart if you prefer.

What is the difference between the Yearly and Monthly subscription?

The yearly subscription is for a single Buddy for a single game site and is active for 1 year. The monthly subscription grants access to all Buddies for all game sites and is active until cancelled. Also, there are 3, 6, and 12-month package options of the monthly subscription available at cart checkout.

I reformatted or got a new computer. How do I redownload my Buddy?

Install the Play Buddy App. Then select any Buddy from the 'Get More' tab.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What is the "All Buddies" payment option?

This option greatly benefits customers who use more than one Buddy on a regular basis, as it provides access to ALL Buddies on our website for one low monthly fee.

How do I sign up for the "All Buddies" monthly subscription?

You can sign up to the monthly subscription via ANY Buddy's 'Buy Now' (there is a "All Buddies" purchase option there), or on our home page.

Are re-downloads and updates included in my purchase?

Absolutely! Re-downloading your Buddy(s) and attaining unlimited new versions or updates, is free for as long as your subscription is active.

How long do I have to wait for my registration code (serial number)?

If you purchased through the Buddy, the Buddy will instantly and automatically register itself. If purchased through the website, your registration information is sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout. Due to mail delivery system delays it may take up to 10 minutes for the email to appear. Also be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

I accidentally purchased the wrong Buddy. How can I get the correct one?

First repurchase the correct item. Then email support with BOTH of your order numbers and explain that you purchased the wrong item by mistake. A refund for the accidental purchase can then be issued.

How long does the trial last?

The free trial lasts 7 days from the date it is downloaded (not 7 uses).

My trial expired but I didn't get to use it. Can I have a new trial?

Because the Buddy recognizes your computer you will have to wait for an update (new bug-fixed version) of the Buddy to be released. You can then use a new free 7-day trial.

Is the trial version the same as the purchased version?

Yes, the trial and purchased Buddy are exactly the same, with one minor difference. The trial version has a Trial Limitation stops the autoplay and displays a message. This stopping and alert disappears as soon as the Buddy is purchased and registered.

How do I get an old version of my Buddy?

Play Buddy consistently uploads and makes available only the newest versions of our software since updates are always improvements. Should something not work right or you discover a bug, simply send in a bug report and we will release a fix.

Can I use my Buddy on more than 1 computer?

Yes. Per your Terms of Sale (License Agreement) you may use the Buddy on two of your computers for no additional charge.

Do I have to pay again for updated versions or to redownload my Buddy(s)?

Nope! Unless your serial number is expired you NEVER have to repurchase your Buddy and updates/new versions are unlimited and free.

I'm a paying subscriber but my purchased Buddy opened to the "Trial" window. What do I do?

Sometimes Buddies need to re-verify their registration so simply re-enter your currently active registration information from your Order Confirmation email. You NEVER have to repurchase your Buddy unless your serial number is expired.

Sorry about that! These false positives happen sometimes. Restore the Buddy(s) via the culprit's settings or options (look for a 'safe/allowed' or 'whitelist' selection). And just a reminder that software downloaded directly from our website is 100% safe - we do not put viruses, malware, spyware, adware or ANYTHING malicious into any of our code.

What do I do if my PBA is stuck on the loading screen?


Restart the computer. Then open the PBA and give it up to 30 seconds to load and you'll be good to go!

Why am I getting an error message?

Send a bug report via the bug icon on the Play Buddy App if it's a PBA error, or from the bottom of the registration window if it's a registration error so we can identify what the issue is and get you up and running!

My subscription is expired. How do I renew it?

Select the "Buy Now" option on the trial window. Select the option you prefer. After your purchase is complete the Buddy will automatically register itself and your new registration information will be emailed to you.

How do I update my subscription billing information?

How do I cancel my subscription?
